Gantt chart

I was make gantt chart in ‘Smartsheet’.

It is scheduler program site in free fee.

I can share this schedule in real time to my members and can see 3 types my schedule – calender, gantt, guide.

I think it is very useful our project because it can be seen and share everywhere(if you have smart phone or laptop).

If you have not smartphone or laptop, you are just print it.

So, I make my schedule use this program.

It is print our project schedule and scan.

Schedule – for 5weeks

It is draft schedule.

It’s explain about 5 weeks plan.

Fist, Before I make a product, I have to documentation about project.

It is important work because decide all of project direction.

And Before make a web site, making elements about put in there.

For example, filming and edition video and take a pictures.

So lastly make website design and programming.

Before do a programming, design have to done(even if draft sketch).

Because It have to be set each element’s position and role, Programmers can coding web page.

Last weekend is all about developing. Because I think ever so do work project, it is shortage so I set a high value on developing.

Production – schedule help intentionally do project.

So I think when we making the video we need this very much.

So I make production schedule about filming.

Because, when making video, we have to go out and filming.

So if we were not set any plans, we are going to experience something hard things or dad things.
