Skill audit is documentation about member’s skill.
Skill audit is identify my team member’s skill and take a step.
It’s list is focus on project(making website) and through this, I decide my team member’s detail position and look for staff.
Team member’s ability is directly connected product’s quality so it is important to know their skill level.
In the result, my team generally week on programming and handle equipment(related filming).
So I search for staff who have that skill(programming and handle filming equipment).
